Here is the starting point.
The kitchen has very few cabinets, no dishwasher, no garbage disposal, laminate floors that are curling up around the edges, no real home for the appliances, and yes, overall VERY outdated.
The dining room, flows from the kitchen, BUT is covered in paneling and has WHITE carpet.
The 3 season porch has astro turf as the flooring and has a poorly placed window and door from the dining room..
